On June 13, 2011, the Federal Communications Commission granted a license to Bryant University for the new more-powerful WJMF.
FMEG constructed this facility during the summer of 2011.
The new station provides a high quality signal to most of Rhode Island, and portions of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
