In August, FMEG received a request to assist in saving a full-power commercial FM station construction permit with an expiration date in September. FMEG analyzed potential tower sites and submitted a modification application so that the station could be built in time to preserve the CP. On May 7, 2013, FMEG filed an application to modify FM Translator K298AR (McAlester, OK).  The modification will permit that facility to provide a more robust signal to that community and the surrounding area.
